I’ve never been to Roanoke, VA, but I’m sure there are plenty of things to do there that don’t suck. Either way, we are officially part of that list. We’re feeling pretty good about that, all things considered.

We are all meeting on the lawn of the downtown branch of the public library. A peaceful Geek-mob that wants to do nothing more than read a comic in public! 5:45 PM EST Sunday August 28th. B&D Comic Shop will have some books to read and donate to charity after the event if you do not wish to bring one of your own to donate. Come one, come all!

Thank you guys for posting our event. We’re really excited and we can’t wait to send you some pics after it’s over. Hopefully this will be the first of a fast growing yearly event.
